Create: Schools was established by PAG in 2022 to act as the DfE sole delivery partner for the free school applicant support service. By providing expert independent advice and guidance to proposer groups, Create:Schools will support the creation of new mainstream, special and alternative provision free schools in areas where they are needed the most across the country.

Our team is led by Mike Giddings who has a long standing relationship with the Department for Education and the Educational Schools Funding Agency. We have been involved in a range of mainstream and special free school bids across the country previously, in partnership with PAG.
